. To keep up with our growth, we're looking for a
Business Development Executive
who can take the lead in expanding our client base and building long-term partnerships.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and pursue
new business opportunities
across industries. - Generate
qualified leads
through research, networking, and outreach. - Build and maintain strong
client relationships
with decision-makers. - Understand client needs and propose tailored
marketing/media solutions
. - Prepare and deliver
pitches, proposals, and presentations
. - Collaborate with the creative team to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Meet and exceed
sales targets and KPIs
.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in
business development, sales, or client acquisition
(agency experience preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of
closing deals and meeting targets
. - Ability to build
trust and long-term relationships
with clients. - Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with
marketing, advertising, or creative industries
(preferred). - Comfortable using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other prospecting platforms.
Location:
Australia preferred, with remote options available for the right candidate.
