We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Manager to drive our international sales efforts. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients (B2B) across North America, Europe, and other target regions. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling IT services (such as custom software development, AI solutions, or data analytics) to an international clientele, possesses a hunter mentality, and excels at building lasting C-level relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities with international companies through cold outreach, networking, social selling (LinkedIn), and attending virtual industry events.

Full Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and discovery to proposal writing, contract negotiation, and closing deals.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to penetrate new markets and verticals, meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand a prospect's technical and business challenges. Articulate the value of Altilik's solutions (AI, Data Analytics, Custom Dev) as a strategic solution to their problems.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Product Managers) and enterprise stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work closely with our pre-sales, marketing, and technical delivery teams to craft compelling proposals, SOWs (Statements of Work), and presentations tailored to client needs.

Market Intelligence: Stay current on industry trends, market activities, and key competitors to identify new opportunities and inform sales strategy.

Qualification and Skills Required:

  • Experience:
    Proven experience in a Business Development or IT Sales role, with a strong focus on selling IT services (software development, AI, data analytics, cloud solutions) internationally.
  • Proven Track Record:
    Demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets and landing new logos, particularly with clients in North America, Europe, or APAC.
  • Sales Acumen:
    Expertise in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing. Must be a "hunter" with a passion for finding and winning new business.
  • Technical Fluency:
    A strong understanding of modern technology stacks and concepts (e.g., AI/ML, Data Analytics, Cloud platforms, .NET, Python, React, Mobile App Development).
  • Communication:
    Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. Must be fluent in English.
  • Self-Starter:
    Highly motivated, independent, and able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Networking:
    Strong existing network of contacts or proven ability to build one from scratch.
