Smart Brains BPO is looking for an experienced and performance-driven Team Lead (ACA Process) to manage and guide a team of agents working on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) campaign. The ideal candidate will have prior ACA experience, strong leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of performance metrics and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, motivate, and manage a team of ACA agents to achieve daily and monthly targets.
  • Monitor live calls to ensure compliance, quality, and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Manage attendance, adherence, and team discipline.
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance and productivity reports for management.
  • Coordinate with QA, Training, and HR teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans promptly.
  • Maintain a positive and professional team culture on the floor.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Lead in an ACA or related health insurance campaign.
  • In-depth understanding of ACA processes, compliance, and verification protocols.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership, reporting, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and performance tracking tools.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and meet strict deadlines.
  • Willingness to work evening/night shifts .
