Role Overview
You'll be responsible for setting up outbound systems, executing multi-channel campaigns, and generating qualified leads for our technology products.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Management
- Configure and manage lead generation platforms , Smartlead)
- Implement email warmup, verification, and deliverability tools
- Set up LinkedIn automation sequences and outreach workflows
Lead Generation & Research
- Build targeted B2B prospect lists (HVAC, healthcare, retail, automotive)
- Identify decision-makers and verify contact data
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, , and CRM systems
Campaign Execution
- Execute and A/B test cold email & LinkedIn campaigns
- Optimize messaging, monitor metrics, and manage replies
- Maintain clean, updated CRM records
Sales Development
- Qualify leads and schedule demos
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert opportunities
- Track and report KPIs on campaign performance
Our Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or final-year student (Business/Marketing preferred)
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Strong interest in B2B sales and lead generation
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
- Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented
