Role Overview

We're looking for a
B2B Lead Generation Executive
to join our growing team in
Rawalpindi (Bahria Town Phase 8)
.

This is an
on-site role
aligned with
UK and USA working hours
, ideal for individuals passionate about research, data accuracy, and international B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted
    market research
    to identify and qualify key B2B decision-makers.
  • Generate and validate
    high-quality leads
    across multiple industries and regions.
  • Perform
    contact discovery
    using LinkedIn, company websites, and professional databases.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy and compliance
    with internal and external standards.
  • Collaborate with the
    sales and marketing teams
    to support outreach campaigns.
  • Update CRM records regularly with accurate prospect information.
  • Consistently meet or exceed
    weekly/monthly lead generation targets
    .

Requirements

  • Proven experience in
    B2B Lead Generation
    and
    Contact Discovery
    .
  • Strong and professional
    English communication skills
    (written & verbal).
  • Excellent
    research and data validation
    skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo,
    , or similar platforms.
  • Strong
    organizational and time-management
    abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a results-driven team.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Business, Marketing, or a related field
    .
  • Prior experience in
    ABM, B2B Marketing, or Demand Generation
    will be a plus.
