Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior HR Manager located in Lahore. The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The individual will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives, foster a positive work environment, and ensure the alignment of HR practices with business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Recruitment and Onboarding processes
Proficiency in Performance Management and Employee Relations
Knowledge of Employment Laws and Compliance
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Leadership and Team Management abilities
Ability to develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in an HR management role is preferred
