Markitt is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations / Branch Manager to lead our Mart Division.

Location: Tipu Sultan, Karachi

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day mart operations and ensure smooth functioning of all sections.
  • Lead and manage store teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and customer service standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, merchandising, and shrinkage control.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely execution of promotions and store activities.
  • Maintain store discipline, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a relevant field (Master's is a plus).
  • 2–4 years of experience in retail operations / store management (mart or supermarket experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage teams, handle pressure, and ensure operational excellence.
