About Us:

The Factory Edit is a sustainable fashion brand redefining upcycled and reworked clothing into bold, couture-inspired pieces. With a growing audience in Europe, Canada, and Australia, and a strong base in Pakistan, we're looking for one key marketing lead to oversee, integrate, and elevate our marketing efforts.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a
Marketing Lead
who will act as the strategic backbone of The Factory Edit's marketing team. While you'll have support from a content creator, social media manager, and visual creative team, you will be responsible for planning
, coordinating, and driving the overall marketing direction
. This includes growth strategy, campaign planning, partnerships, and ensuring all channels deliver a unified brand story.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute
    comprehensive marketing strategies
    to grow TFE's global presence.
  • Oversee and align the work of the content creator, social media manager, and creative team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Plan and manage
    campaigns around product drops, collaborations, and seasonal events
    .
  • Lead
    performance marketing
    (Meta, TikTok, Google ads) and optimize for conversions.
  • Build and maintain
    relationships with influencers, press, and collaborators
    .
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage budgets for campaigns and paid ads.
  • Report on KPIs, sales impact, and overall marketing performance.

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of marketing experience (preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries).
  • Strong
    strategic mindset
    — able to translate brand identity into effective campaigns.
  • Knowledge of
    fashion, textiles, and sustainable fashion trends
    .
  • Experience with
    digital ads, influencer marketing, and campaign analytics
    .
  • Proficient in spoken and written english
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to guide a small creative team.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
  • A balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making.
