About the Role:
Annafeu Apparels is seeking a results-driven eCommerce & Marketing Lead to take ownership of our online sales channels and lead performance-focused marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands the full customer journey from discovery to conversion to retention and can execute strategies that drive growth, maintain healthy customer acquisition costs, and ensure a seamless post-purchase experience. You'll be the bridge between performance marketing, eCommerce operations, and customer experience, helping the brand scale sustainably.
Key Responsibilities:
eCommerce Management:
- Manage the end-to-end operations of the eCommerce store.
- Ensure all product listings, banners, and offers are up to date and aligned with ongoing campaigns.
- Oversee order processing, fulfillment, and dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics and support teams to resolve customer issues and optimize delivery timelines.
- Analyze customer behavior and website data to improve the online shopping experience and conversion rates.
Marketing & Growth:
- Plan and execute paid performance campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Maintain and optimize CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Work with external marketing agencies and freelancers to ensure high-quality output.
- Manage the marketing calendar including sales events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Track, report, and analyze performance metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making.
- Align eCommerce and marketing strategies to drive consistent and profitable brand growth.
Requirements
:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in performance marketing and/or managing eCommerce platforms (preferably fashion/apparel).
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, sales funnels, and performance analytics.
- Proficient in using tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Excel, Shopify (or similar CMS), and reporting dashboards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for fashion and deep understanding of branding and customer expectations.
