Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site NIGHT SHIFT internship role for a Customer Service Intern located in Karachi Division. The intern will handle daily customer interactions, address inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving. Responsibilities include managing phone and email communications, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, and supporting customers with product-related issues to enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Support skills to effectively assist clients and resolve issues.
- Proficiency in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience to ensure positive interactions and maintain client loyalty.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Adaptability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- A proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
