We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals eager to learn how to communicate with clients, resolve queries, and contribute to a positive customer experience. You will gain hands-on exposure to customer support operations, CRM tools, and service protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in handling customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Log and track customer interactions using internal tools or CRM systems.
- Support in following up on pending queries and ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to senior team members when needed.
- Assist in preparing FAQs, support documentation, and feedback reports.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with relevant teams.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good listening skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of CRM is a plus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
