We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring outstanding service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

.Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat.

.Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.

.Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional, timely manner.

.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.

.Meet personal/customer service team targets and call handling quotas.

Qualifications:

.High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

.Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

.Excellent communication and presentation skills.

.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

.Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Work Environment:
