Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time, on-site Fashion Designer (RTW Womenswear / Pret) in Faisalabad
. The role involves designing and developing ready-to-wear collections from concept to production, with strong focus on garment execution, fabric selection, embroidery, and finishing. Candidates should have practical experience in overseeing stitching (from sampling to bulk production), developing prints and dyed designs, working with embroidery units/artisans, and recommending fabrics suited for seasonal collections. Market awareness is key — the designer must be able to forecast upcoming trends, colours, and themes relevant to Pakistani womenswear.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in RTW womenswear/pret design
  • Experience in garment execution, fabric knowledge, and embroidery techniques
  • Ability to develop prints and dyed designs from concept to final product
  • Awareness of local and international fashion trends
  • Strong creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
  • Prior experience in womenswear design is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in fashion illustration, CAD, and design tools is preferred
