Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal

Shift:Day/Night/Rotational

Job Type: Full-Time

Are you a natural leader with call center experience? We're looking for a **Shift In-Charge** to lead and manage a team of customer service representatives during assigned shifts.

**Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage call center agents during your shift

* Monitor real-time performance and ensure targets are met

* Handle escalated customer issues professionally

* Maintain shift reports and daily performance logs

* Conduct briefings, support training, and coach team members

* Ensure smooth handover between shifts

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center (team lead or supervisory role preferred)

* Strong communication and leadership skills

* Ability to handle pressure and resolve conflicts efficiently

* Familiarity with CRM/call center tools (e.g., Avaya, Zendesk, Freshdesk, etc.)

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays if required

*Education bachelor's
