Salary & Total Compensation:

  • Base: PKR 40,000 – PKR 45,000 / month
  • Performance Incentives: PKR 20,000 – PKR 30,000+ / month (based on targets)
  • Punctuality Allowance: PKR 3,000 / month
  • Estimated Total Compensation:
    PKR 63,000 – PKR 78,000 / month

Job Summary

ABS International is hiring experienced call center professionals for international night-shift calling operations at our Karachi office. This is a phone-centric role (inbound and outbound calling only) focused on delivering excellent service to global customers. We provide full training, clear KPIs, and a fast track for high performers to supervisory roles.

Key Responsibilities (calling-focused)

  • Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Meet daily/weekly call and quality targets; follow call scripts and escalation procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues during the call and schedule timely follow-ups when needed.
  • Log accurate call notes and outcomes in the CRM (Salesforce or Zendesk).
  • Escalate unresolved cases to team leads and coordinate handoffs.
  • Participate in team huddles, quality reviews, and skills training sessions.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of international customer support / BPO / call center experience.
  • Fluent English (verbal C1 or equivalent) — clear speech and comprehension for international calls.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (pick one fixed schedule from options A–E).
  • Strong problem-solving, active listening, and multitasking skills.
  • CRM experience (Salesforce, Zendesk or similar); basic MS Office skills.
  • Professional headset and reliable on-site attendance.
