Currently, we are looking for a passionate and motivated individual to join us as a Trainee Internal Underwriting Assistant. This role plays a key part in preparing quote submissions, coordinating with insurance broker markets, and ensuring a smooth process from submission to policy binding. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both clients and insurance brokers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist insurance producers and underwriters in preparing marketing submissions for client accounts.
  • Complete insurance supplemental applications and ACORD forms accurately.
  • Submit applications and forms to insurance brokers and follow up to secure insurance quotes.
  • Prepare quote summaries with multiple insurance coverage options for client review.
  • Draft policy binding documents and coordinate with clients to finalize binding.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and brokers throughout the quoting and binding process.
  • Maintain organized records of submissions, quotes, and bound policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship

Pay: Rs25, Rs40,000.00 per month
