Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role located in Rawalpindi for Customer Support Trainees. The Customer Support Trainees will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries and issues through various communication channels. They will provide technical support, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to appropriate departments if necessary. The trainees will also collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service quality, document support processes, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic technical knowledge and proficiency in troubleshooting
  • Ability to collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer support software
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Familiarity with AI-based solutions and automation processes is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education/experience
