We're Hiring: Business Developer cum Salesperson
Remote | Full-Time | 6 PM – 2 AM PST

MottekGroup is looking for a dedicated, driven, and honest Business Developer cum Salesperson to join our growing team. If you're experienced in freelancing platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and others, and you're ready to work exclusively for one company that values integrity and performance—this is your opportunity.
What You'll Do:
Generate quality leads and close deals for digital marketing services
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, , etc. to find new clients
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Work closely with internal teams to deliver results to clients
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and strategies
Track and report work hours and performance using time-tracking tools
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales/business development in the digital marketing or freelancing space
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, Upwork, and other freelancing platforms
Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
Must be willing to use time and performance tracking tools
Full-time availability only – no side jobs or working with other companies
Honest, reliable, self-motivated, and target-driven
Quick learner, coachable, and eager to grow with the company

Comfortable working remotely during 6 PM – 2 AM PST shift
