Job Title:
Procurement Manager – General Supplies

Job Description:

  • Design and implement procurement strategies for general supplies to meet organizational goals in cost, quality, and timelines.
  • Lead and mentor the procurement team, assigning responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring professional development.
  • Establish and manage relationships with key suppliers, ensuring reliability, quality, and compliance with service level agreements.
  • Oversee complex negotiations for long-term contracts, framework agreements, and bulk procurement deals to achieve cost savings.
  • Develop and manage the procurement budget; monitor expenses and ensure procurement stays within allocated resources.
  • Ensure all procurement processes adhere to legal, ethical, and internal compliance standards; manage supply chain risks.
  • Use procurement data to analyze spend trends, supplier performance, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and inventory teams to ensure procurement aligns with organizational needs.

Education:
Bachelor's/Master's in relevant field, preferred Supply Chain.

Experience:
5–7 years of relevant experience.
