Position: Software Implementation and Support Executive

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Job Description:

  • Engage with clients to understand their requirements and deliver customized software solutions.
  • Efficiently manage the implementation process of our software solutions in collaboration with clients.
  • Provide expert technical support to resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
  • Foster and sustain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and offer actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions to empower clients in utilizing our software solutions to the fullest.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure superior customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of demonstrated experience in HR Software Solutions/HCM Modules.
  • Education: BBA/BS - CS/IT, or related field.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical users.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
