We are looking for a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge, a good technical understanding, and expertise in security management and D365 licensing. This is a remote role with flexible working hours, ideal for a self-driven professional who can collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions within D365 F&O.

Configure and manage user roles, duties, privileges, and security groups while ensuring compliance and proper segregation of duties.

Maintain and optimize user access, security roles, and permission structures for smooth system operations.

Provide guidance on D365 licensing, ensuring correct assignment, optimization, and cost-effectiveness.

Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, and troubleshooting of both functional and technical issues.

Prepare and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user guides.

Provide ongoing end-user support, training, and issue resolution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations, vendors) to support continuous improvements.
