Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Officer to manage daily accounting operations, maintain financial records, patty cash, monthly wages of our employee and ensure accuracy in reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial systems, and experience in handling day-to-day financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Monitor company expenses and assist in budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in a similar accounting role.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Must be able to do the night shift

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling taxation, payroll, and statutory filings.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
