About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Executive – Industrial Consulting
to support the operational and administrative functions for high-impact projects for industrial clients and government bodies. Based in our Karachi office, the role will involve ensuring seamless coordination within the team by handling documentation, project tracking, client coordination, and supporting consultants in their assignments.

The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing proposals, draft and final reports, and follow up to obtain approvals.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure timely and high-quality execution of client assignments.
  • Managing contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors, including obtaining and reviewing quotations.
  • Supporting the operations team with coordination, execution, and administrative requirements for on-time project delivery.
  • Maintaining and update records, databases, and documentation in line with RICS requirements.
  • Handling travel arrangements, appointments, and coordination for senior management across U.A.E., K.S.A., Qatar, and U.K. offices.
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, reports, and digital files efficiently.
  • Preparing professional documents, presentations, and reports using MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint, and MS-Excel.
  • Perform proofreading, data checking, and formatting to ensure accuracy and high-quality deliverables.
  • Conducting basic data analysis and organize information into structured formats for reporting and decision-making.
  • Supporting department heads with correspondence and various administrative duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Studies or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of Admininistration experience in an Engineering or Consulting Firm or in a reputed Valuation Firm.
  • RICS or ASA Certifications & Qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & IT skills
  • Proficient fluency in English; Arabic will be an added advantage
