We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with a strong background in telemarketing and call center operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and providing excellent service through inbound and outbound communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to manage customer expectations while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support to address customer inquiries.
- Provide product/service information and assist customers in resolving issues effectively.
- Perform telemarketing activities, including upselling, cross-selling, and promoting company offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer complaints and queries to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Achieve performance targets such as call handling, customer satisfaction scores, and sales conversions (where applicable).
- Stay updated with company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in customer support, telemarketing, or call center industry (minimum 1–3 years).
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written); multilingual ability is a plus.
- Good problem-solving skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, call center software, or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, or holidays if required.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support / Telemarketing campaigns.
- Strong persuasion and sales skills.
- Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Pay: Rs50, Rs60,000.00 per month
