Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Executive. Daily tasks include addressing customer issues, troubleshooting technical problems, and maintaining detailed records of interactions. The Customer Support Executive will play a key role in helping clients navigate and utilize our wide array of business solutions.

- Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain detailed records
- Experience in business support services is a plus
