Job Description:

Procurement works:

  • Processing of incoming technical and packaging invoices from clients
  • Go to the market to source materials and purchase as per requirement
  • Follow process of non-conforming goods and act as per company policy
  • Do cost benefit analysis and develop sources
  • Finalizing competitive deals
  • Make comprehensive payments report of suppliers
  • Make payment invoices
  • Making all kinds of purchase orders and getting it signed by AM Procurement and DGM Procurement
  • Market visits as per provided schedule
  • Replacement of defective items received by various departments and repair of defective machinery items by going to the market checks
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the department

Periodic Responsibilities:

  • Perform to support departments during audits.
  • Performing weekly cleaning & washing of factory gangways during weekends.

  • Market visits (must hold a bike and valid driver license)
