Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Lahore. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with daily HR activities, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR management tasks. The intern will help with onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives and projects to ensure smooth HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
  • Experience or coursework in HR Management and HR Policies
  • Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
