We are looking for a passionate HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resource department and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions within a professional corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support in onboarding and orientation of new hires.
  • Help in drafting HR letters, policies, and documentation.
  • Assist in planning and executing training & development activities.
  • Coordinate with different departments for administrative and HR-related tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0–1 year of relevant experience in HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
