Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Appointment Scheduler located in Lahore. The Appointment Scheduler will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments. The role includes confirming appointments, managing appointment calendars, and ensuring accurate entry of appointment details. The Appointment Scheduler will also provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries and follow-ups.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and ability to handle customer inquiries
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with AI-powered systems is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
