Devminds Studio is a fast-growing technology company providing innovative solutions in software development, digital marketing, and IT services. We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated HR Executive (Female) to join our team and play a key role in managing HR operations and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
  • Organize employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work culture.
  • Assist in employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of HR experience (IT industry experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle sensitive information confidentially.
