About the Role

We're looking for an Digital Marketer - Campaign Planner to become part of our Marketing Team. In this role, you'll play a key part in planning campaigns, enhancing the online shopping experience, and supporting overall business growth. Your focus will be on ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless journey on our website—from the moment they land to the time they complete their purchase.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the CRM and Social Media teams to plan and execute organic campaigns
  • Assist the Performance Marketing team in running paid campaigns
  • Upload and maintain campaign visuals, banners, and updates on the site
  • Analyze traffic, conversions, and user flow to improve the customer experience
  • Work closely with designers and developers to refine website UX and performance
  • Coordinate with the Commercial team and brand partners to launch offers and promotions
  • Oversee the full website journey to maximize engagement and visibility
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Ads to track and report performance
  • Conduct A/B testing to identify the best-performing layouts, pages, and campaigns
  • Contribute creative ideas to support brand growth and increase sales

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
  • Background in beauty, skincare, or related industries is a plus
  • Strong grasp of website analytics, UX, and campaign optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Meta Ads
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well in a team

Schedule

  • Morning Shift: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month
