Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to lead and strengthen Golpik's brand identity specifically in IT industry.

This role will shape brand strategy, ensure consistency across all channels, and support business growth through effective collaboration with Marketing, Sales, HR, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across campaigns, materials, and communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to deliver brand-aligned client experiences.
  • Enhance market presence through PR, digital campaigns, and thought leadership.
  • Support employer branding and internal communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Branding, or Business.
  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years in brand management (preferably IT/Tech).
  • Strong skills in brand strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Familiarity with design/marketing tools (Adobe Suite, Canva, Figma).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs120,000.00 per month
