Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore for a Showroom Sales Manager. The Showroom Sales Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include managing showroom staff, maintaining inventory, implementing sales strategies, attracting potential customers, and fostering client relationships to meet sales targets. This role also involves monitoring market trends and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

  • Strong skills in Customer Service to ensure excellent client satisfaction and support
  • Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with customers and team members
  • Experience with Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed set targets
  • Proficiency in managing and operating Showrooms effectively
  • Organizational and leadership abilities to oversee showroom operations and team performance
  • Familiarity with market trends and customer behavior in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
