Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and confident Lead Generation & Cold Calling Specialist to connect with potential clients, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to our client's sales growth. The ideal candidate will engage with prospects through outbound calls, understand their needs, and convert them into potential business opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven attitude to achieve set targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
1. Conduct cold calls to potential clients from provided databases, campaigns, or referrals.
2. Present and promote the client's products or services in a professional and persuasive manner.
3. Qualify leads by identifying needs, interests, and purchase potential.
4. Maintain a high call volume and consistent follow-up with interested prospects.
5. Re-engage inactive or old leads to create new business opportunities.
6. Schedule follow-up calls or appointments for the sales team.
Inbound Communication & Lead Handling
1. Respond to inbound inquiries via calls, emails, or web forms from potential clients.
2. Qualify inbound leads and guide them through the initial sales funnel.
3. Provide accurate information about company offerings, pricing, and service packages.
4. Ensure timely follow-up on all assigned leads to maximize engagement and conversion.
Client Relationship & Reporting
1. Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients to foster trust and credibility.
2. Document all call details, leads, and communication notes in CRM software.
3. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
4. Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets as defined by management.
Requirements & Qualifications:
· Education: Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
· Experience: 6 months to 1 year in cold calling, lead generation, or sales.
Skills:
· Excellent English communication (verbal & written).
· Confident phone presence and persuasive communication style.
· Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
· Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace or MS Office.
· Understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification processes.
Other Requirements:
· Must be willing to work onsite during night shift (6 PM – 3 AM) aligned with U.S. hours.
· Target-driven mindset with excellent time management and self-discipline.
· Positive attitude, team-oriented, and highly motivated toward achieving goals.
Working Conditions:
· Location: Onsite at Fortune IT Park, Lahore.
· Shift: Night shift (6 PM – 3 AM).
· Environment: Fast-paced, professional, and performance-driven workplace.
