About the Role
We are seeking an experienced
Lead Generation & Business Development Specialist
to help grow our client base in the software and IT services industry.
You will identify and engage potential clients seeking software development, web/mobile app solutions, or technology consulting services, and play a key role in nurturing them through the sales funnel to drive consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within target industries (e.g., SaaS, FinTech, eCommerce, Healthcare Tech, etc.).
- Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn outreach, Upwork proposals, Fiverr communication, and similar platforms.
- Business Development
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to align lead targeting with service offerings and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive positioning.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand business requirements and propose suitable solution
Requirements
- Minimum
1–3 years of experience
in lead generation or business development for a software company, IT agency, or SaaS business. - Excellent understanding of
LinkedIn Sales Navigator
,
Upwork bidding
,
Fiverr Buyer Requests
, and
lead qualification methods
. - Strong communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills in English.
- Knowledge of
software development services
, technologies (e.g., web, mobile, cloud, AI), and client pain points. - Familiarity with
CRM tools
(HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, etc.) and
outreach automation tools
(Apollo, Lemlist, or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with
B2B clients in international markets
(US, UK, Europe, Middle East, etc.). - Understanding of
sales funnels

. - Prior work experience in an

software outsourcing agency
. - Demonstrated ability to achieve
