About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Upwork Bidder
to join our
Creative Department
. The ideal candidate will specialize in identifying creative project opportunities (graphic design, branding, video editing, content creation, UI/UX, etc.) on platforms like
Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn
, and will perform
cold outreach
to potential clients to generate new business.

This role requires strong communication, proposal writing, and relationship-building skills, along with an understanding of creative services to effectively pitch to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and bid on relevant projects for
    creative services
    (design, branding, video, animation, etc.) across Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Perform
    cold outreach
    via Upwork, LinkedIn, and email to establish new client relationships.
  • Draft personalized, compelling proposals highlighting the value of our creative services.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Department to tailor proposals and portfolios for specific clients.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals.
  • Conduct market research to target the right clients and industries for outreach.
  • Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an
    Upwork Bidder, Business Development Executive, or Lead Generation Specialist
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    creative services
    (graphic design, video editing, UI/UX, content writing, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to craft customized proposals and outreach messages.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with multiple freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer) and LinkedIn lead generation.
  • Prior experience in
    cold outreach or sales
    will be a strong plus.
