About Us:

DH Solutions is a fast-growing software development and IT services company, working with international clients across the USA, MENA, and Europe. We are expanding our team and looking for a talented
Upwork Bidder
who can help us secure new projects and build long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Write and submit high-quality proposals on Upwork (and other freelancing platforms if required).
  • Identify suitable projects based on company expertise (Web Development, AI/ML, Mobile Apps, Shopify, WordPress, SaaS, etc.).
  • Communicate with clients professionally and schedule calls/meetings.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project estimates and solutions.
  • Maintain daily reporting of bids and client responses.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder or Business Development Executive.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Understanding of software development services, SaaS, eCommerce, and AI/ML is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently during evening hours.
