About the Role:

DH Solutions is looking for a talented and motivated Upwork Bidder to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork by writing winning proposals, managing client communications, and helping the company secure software development and AI/ML projects globally.

Key Responsibilities:


• Write professional and tailored proposals for Upwork projects.


• Identify and bid on relevant projects in software development, AI/ML, web & mobile applications, and related domains.


• Maintain strong communication with potential clients to build trust and long-term relationships.


• Collaborate with technical teams (developers, AI engineers, designers) to prepare project scopes and estimates.


• Achieve monthly bidding targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Requirements:


• 1–2 years of proven experience as an Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (mandatory).


• Strong understanding of software development cycles, AI/ML concepts, and IT services.


• Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English.


• Ability to understand client needs and draft persuasive proposals.


• Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow with the company.
