seeking a skilled Upwork Bidder / Proposal Writer

to craft winning proposals, record compelling Loom pitches, and communicate confidently to turn leads into loyal clients. If you're proactive and know how to navigate Upwork, we want to hear from you

Job Description:

  1. Write customized, client-focused proposals on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  2. Research job postings carefully to craft tailored responses that align with client needs.
  3. Record clear and engaging Loom video introductions to complement proposals.
  4. Maintain a consistent tone and branding while highlighting value propositions.
  5. Communicate effectively with potential clients to increase project win rate.
  6. Collaborate with the internal team to understand services and offerings in detail.
  7. Track submitted proposals and follow up professionally with the clients.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience as a Proposal Writer / Upwork Bidder (minimum 6–12 months preferred).
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  3. Ability to structure proposals in a professional, persuasive, and concise manner.
  4. Comfortable using Loom (or similar tools) to record video introductions.
  5. Strong understanding of client psychology and how to position solutions effectively.
  6. Familiarity with Upwork bidding dynamics and freelancing best practices.
  7. Prior exposure to sales, business development, or digital marketing.
  8. Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, Paid ads, Organic Social media, Email Marketing).
  9. American Accent , Understands Western Culture (Would be preferred).

Salary

Salary Range:  PKR 70k to 100k + (Commission)
