Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi

Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Onsite Role)

Position Overview

The Sales Manager (Night Shift) will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies, leading a dynamic sales team, and ensuring achievement of aggressive revenue targets. This role demands strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of the software sales ecosystem, and the ability to perform at the highest level during night shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Expand the company's market presence through proactive business development.
  • Oversee client acquisition, retention, and relationship management.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline metrics.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
  • Collaborate with business development, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.
  • Provide sales forecasts, insights, and performance reviews to senior management.

Requirements (Mandatory)

  • 4+ years of proven sales management experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of the software/technology sales ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively during night shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM) onsite at our PECHS Block 6 office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Background in software or IT services sales.
  • Experience managing international client portfolios.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
