Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Lead located in Islamabad. The English Lead will be responsible for overseeing the English curriculum, teaching English classes, and ensuring high standards of student performance. Daily tasks include planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and providing feedback. The English Lead will also participate in professional development and team collaborations, facilitate training sessions for teachers, and support translation and communication needs within the institution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English Teaching and Communication skills
  • Experience in Translation and Customer Service
  • Capability in Training and mentoring other teachers
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field
  • Prior teaching experience in an educational institution is preferred
  • Knowledge of modern teaching techniques and technologies
  • Proven ability to manage and inspire students
