We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking a results-driven Customer Lead Generation Officer to fuel our growth by identifying high-potential clients and nurturing leads.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Lead Generation Officer, you will be the front line of our sales pipeline, specializing in cold calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads for our B2B clients. Your role is pivotal in converting prospects into opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients through databases and industry directories.
  • Execute 100+ cold calls daily to initiate conversations and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Assess prospects' needs, budget, and decision-making authority using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework.
  • Maintain accurate lead scoring in the CRM.
  • CRM & Data Management:
  • Update and manage leads in ZOHO/Salesforce/HubSpot with real-time notes and follow-ups.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategies with campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine targeting strategies.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide weekly reports on KPIs: call volume, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–3 years in cold calling, lead generation, or B2B sales (FMCG industry preferred).
  • Education: Bachelor's in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Skills:

  • Exceptional English communication (verbal/written) and persuasive pitching.
  • Resilience in handling rejections and objections.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (ZOHO, HubSpot) and MS Office.
  • Experience with Western markets/clients (a plus).
