Suraket is expanding its global business development team and looking for a high-caliber, experienced, and communication-strong BD Executive who can work across LinkedIn, Upwork/Freelancer, email outreach, and manage high-value conversations with international clients.
This is
not
an entry-level role.
We want someone who understands the global IT & digital transformation market, communicates clearly, and can chase — and close — meaningful opportunities.
Who We're Looking For
A Business Development Specialist with at least 5 years of proven experience in:
- Freelance platforms: Upwork, Freelancer, PeoplePerHour
- LinkedIn lead generation: outreach, content-driven BD, Sales Navigator expertise
- Email marketing & cold outreach campaigns
- Proposal writing & client communication
- Understanding of AI, digital transformation, software services, and automation solutions
You should be someone who can independently generate leads, nurture conversations, arrange meetings, and bring deals to close — backed by Suraket's technical & execution team.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and manage daily outreach pipelines across LinkedIn, email, and freelance platforms
- Identify high-value opportunities in AI, automation, software development, and digital transformation
- Communicate with prospects professionally and confidently (global clients)
- Write strong proposals with clear value articulation
- Maintain CRM updates, reporting, and performance dashboards
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for project scoping & client queries
- Drive weekly revenue targets through structured, consistent BD activity
- Achieve monthly targets

- Consistent flow of qualified leads
- Meetings booked with decision-makers
- Closing revenue through freelance platforms & direct outreach
- Professional communication and reliability during US-aligned hours
- Sharp understanding of Suraket's value, positioning, and services
Compensation & Rewards
- PKR 90,000+ fixed salary (based on experience)
- Performance-based revenue share incentives on ALL deals closed
- Growth into BD Manager or Head of Business Development within the first year (performance-dependent)
Work Environment
- On-site (mandatory) — DHA Phase 2, Islamabad
- Evening/Night shift for global market engagement
- Dynamic, fast-paced environment serving clients in US, Canada, UK, UAE, and Europe
- Direct collaboration with the founder and technical teams
Requirements (Strict)
- Minimum 5 years of BD experience
- Excellent written & spoken English
- Previous experience working with international B2B clients
- Demonstrated success on Upwork & LinkedIn
- Strong proposal writing
- Familiarity with AI, automation, SaaS, software development is a bonus
- Can work 5PM–2AM without issues
- Comfortable with performance-based targets

Timings: 5PM – 2AM Pakistan Time (US/Global Market Alignment)
Compensation: PKR 90,000+ per month + Performance-Based Revenue Incentives
