Lubricants Sales Executive

Job Summary:
Atif Brothers is looking for a results-driven Lubricant Sales Executive to focus on corporate sales of lubricants. This is a field-based role responsible for identifying, acquiring, and onboarding large-scale clients such as businesses, universities, and offices that operate large generators. The ideal candidate will be confident in direct sales, relationship management, and delivering customized lubricant solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Identify and target corporate clients with large generator usage (e.g., industrial units, educational institutions, commercial offices).
- Conduct in-person visits to pitch lubricant solutions and close deals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow the corporate customer base.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure timely onboarding of new clients.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
- Understand client operations and recommend appropriate lubricant solutions.
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Provide insights to the management team for continuous improvement.
- Identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
4. Internal Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) for smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, deals, and customer interactions.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer pipeline, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of field sales experience, ideally in B2B or industrial sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
Perks & Salary:
- Lubricative incentive package amastin each liter of lube selling.
- Motorcycle fuel will be provided against employees own bike for sales visits.
- Lubricative Salary package will be provided.

Pay: Rs70, Rs80,000.00 per month
