Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) at Chaaye Khana Centaurus Mall, located in Islamabad. The Guest Relations Officer will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing guest relations, providing high-quality customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Day-to-day tasks include greeting guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a welcoming environment to enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Guest Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Receptionist Duties experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • 1 Year prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional educational background in hospitality management is an advantage
