Location: I-9, Islamabad

Join one of Islamabad's leading automobile dealerships as a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) and become part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the dealership.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Service, and Accounts departments.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Call Customers for appointments
  • Follow up with clients post-delivery or service to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and reports.
  • Support CRM initiatives to enhance customer retention.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Communication).
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in customer service — automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Presentable personality and customer-first approach.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
