Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Growth and Partnership Manager
to lead our
business development, vendor management, and product innovation initiatives
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, digital lending, and business strategy, with a proven track record of managing key stakeholders, including
Telcos (Jazz, Easypaisa), Credit Bureaus, and 1Link
. The role requires a proactive leader who can drive business growth, achieve OKRs, and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and strengthen strategic partnerships
    with
    Telcos (Jazz, Easypaisa), Credit Bureaus, 1Link
    , and other fintech stakeholders by aligning business objectives with collaborative product innovations and seamless integrations.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts, SLAs
    , and partnerships while ensuring operational excellence and driving adoption of newly launched financial solutions.
  • Lead ideation
    ,
    design,
    and
    rollout of innovative digital/financial products
    through structured workflows, concept notes, and BRDs/PRDs.
  • Leverage mixed research methodologies (quantitative & qualitative)
    and competitor benchmarking to identify new revenue streams, prioritize initiatives, and refine product positioning versus market alternatives.
  • Monitor vendor performance and product/segment KPIs
    , resolving bottlenecks while reworking product communication strategies to optimize customer experience.
  • Direct end-to-end pilots
    and manage the full Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process to ensure robust product launches.
  • Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and portfolio expansion by embedding structured insight programs
    into strategy, enabling real-time feedback loops between customers, vendors, and product teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Channels, Technology, Risk, Finance, and Compliance teams
    to define and execute strategies that deliver on company OKRs and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present business performance reports with actionable insights, enabling senior management to make data-driven decisions on growth and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years in a managerial role, within fintech, digital lending, banking, or telecom financial services.

Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of digital lending ecosystems.

Network:
Established relationships with Jazz, Easypaisa, 1Link, Credit Bureaus, and other fintech players.

Skills:

o Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

o Analytical mindset with expertise in business strategy and performance metrics.

o Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analytics.

o Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
