Call Center Sales Agent – Bookkeeping

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Call Center Sales Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to small and mediumsized businesses across the United States to promote our bookkeeping and accounting services. You will identify client needs, explain service offerings and close sales while providing an excellent customer experience.

This position requires a combination of sales expertise, communication skills and a solid understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping concepts.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of call center, telemarketing, or B2B sales experience (experience in financial, bookkeeping, or accounting services preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
  • Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping terminology.
  • Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective business clients in the U.S. to promote bookkeeping and accounting solutions.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into paying clients.
  • Explain services such as bookkeeping, payroll processing, tax preparation, and financial reporting in a clear and professional manner.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Availability: Must be able to work U.S. business hours (EST/PST).
