Description:

We are Fiesta Group of Companies, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to help us grow our content writing division. This is an office-based role in Multan.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and bring in new clients for content writing projects
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Work closely with the content team to ensure client satisfaction
  • Drive consistent revenue growth through strategic business development

Compensation:

  • Base salary: 25,000 PKR
  • 10% commission on every closed deal

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in content writing/IT services)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets
