Job Description:
We are looking for a Female Customer Service Representative with excellent communication skills to handle customer inquiries via text, calls, and emails. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer queries efficiently, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining a positive company image.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via text messages, phone calls, and emails.
- Provide accurate information about Jazak Builders' services, projects, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer queries are addressed effectively.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling emails, text messaging platforms, and basic computer applications.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, Monday to Saturday.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, patience, and a customer-centric attitude.
- Language: Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
